PHASE 1 — TEST AND VALIDATE
We test your products on a real AGIBOT G2 Humanoid Robot in a robotics laboratory. Together, we define the handling sequence and acceptance criteria, then measure cycle time, grasp reliability, positioning quality and recovery from errors. You receive documented results, application limits and a recommendation on the next steps.
PHASE 2 — SELECT AND INTEGRATE
Once feasibility is validated, we guide robot selection and assess purchase or rental options. We provide application programming, line integration, commissioning, operator training and after-sales support. Final performance is verified in your production environment.

END-OF-LINE APPLICATIONS
Flexible products, placement in boxes and trays, product orientation, grouping and preparation for packaging. We assess your product formats, handling constraints and required throughput to identify a suitable application.
CUSTOM END-EFFECTORS
When standard grippers are not enough, MCH-Tronics designs and prototypes dedicated end-effectors and fixtures. We test grip stability, product protection and positioning as part of the feasibility study.
